We currently only accept payments at the pharmacy
How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Call (903)-342-5241 and give us the prescription information and we will call your previous pharmacy for a transfer.
What if I forget to pick up my prescription at the indicated time?
We will hold your prescriptions for you.
Can I pick up my mother's prescription? What information do I need?
You must show the proper identification and you must be an authorized caregiver for the patients whose prescription you are picking up.
Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?
Yes, we accept all Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans.
Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?
Yes, we have a trained Medicare Part D professional on staff.
How can I get my prescriptions after hours?
You can reach us on the emergency after hours hotline (903) 629-7257 and we will gladly assist you.
If I order my prescriptions now, when will it be ready for pick up?
When requesting a refill online, you will receive a confirmation which will include the estimated time your prescription will be ready.
If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
Yes, we will contact your physician for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number so we may contact you at a later time.
Can you deliver my prescriptions?
Yes, we deliver within the city limits about 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday and after 11 AM on Saturday. Orders should be placed at least one (1) hour prior to delivery times.
Education
